Last month took place the second edition of the ‘ Peix i Mar‘ fair in Denia’s harbour, where twelve establishments associated with Aehtma cooked two tapas each, using little known fish as white octopus, tuna and white fried fish.
In addition to bringing together the traditional fishing land, traditional fishing abilities and the seafood cuisine, visitors could also enjoy San Antonio’s Cape Reserve Marine’s life and meet the Creative Cities Network of Gastronomy of UNESCO which Dénia aspires to join.
