FORUM “ARROS A BANDA I A BANDA DE L-ARROS”
El Arroz a Banda es uno de los platos estrella de la Gastronomía dianense y por ello, se le rendira homenaje una vez mas en la 3ª Edicion del Forum ARRÒS A BANDA & A BANDA DE L’ARRÒS que tendrá lugar el 1 de diciembre, en el Centro de Desarrollo Turístico de Dénia
Durante la jornada, profesionales del sector turístico y la gastronomía expondrán sus diferentes puntos de vista acerca de los temas elegidos a debate, así como también sobre las últimas novedades en su campo.
Al mismo tiempo, se celebrará la SEMANA GASTRONÓMICA DEL ARROZ A BANDA del 1 al 8 diciembre 2015 en la que varios restaurantes dianenses ofrecerán menús de alta calidad basados en este producto estrella y recuperando la receta tradicional al servir el «ARROZ Y EL PESCADO APARTE».
“ARRÒS A BANDA & A BANDA DEL ARRÒS” FORUM
Arroz a Banda is one of the stellar dishes of Dénia’s gastronomy and, therefore, will be paid homage during the celebration of the ARRÒS A BANDA & A BANDA DE L’ARRÒS Forum that will be held on 1st DECEMBER at CdT Dénia (Tourism Development Studies Centre)
At the event, Hospitality and Tourism professionals will expose their different point of views about the round table’s theme but also about recent news in Tourism Industry.
At the same time, «Arròs a banda» Gastronomy Week will take place from 1st to 8th December 2015 in Dénia. Many restaurants will offer traditional menus based on rice and fish served “apart from the rice” (Arròs a banda rice)
